The ingenious Brayden Junior Conversion Kit enables an adult Brayden manikin to be converted into a Junior manikin quickly and easily. This enables a single adult manikin (Brayden Advanced) to do 2 functions – adult and paediatric BLS teaching. The lights work in the same way as the Brayden Advanced manikin as does the ability to switch between AHA and ERC Guidelines thereby offering flexible training. The Kit comprises a chest and face skin appropriate for an 10 to 12 year old boy and a spring with a reduced compliance also appropriate for a boy of this age.
The Kit is a cost effective and convenient way of creating a Junior manikin from an adult manikin. Commonality with consumables is also an advantage as is the convenience of only taking 1 manikin to a CPR training course, and not 2!

The award winning Brayden Advanced CPR training manikin is an innovative and effective way to teach CPR. The manikin provides real time feedback of Chest Compression performance using a series of intuitive lights. The lights coach the student to perform Chest Compressions at the correct rate, correct depth and with the correct recoil between compressions. Visible from a distance, the lights enable an Instructor to validate a students’ performance from an appropriate social distance. The manikin can also easily be switched from AHA to ERC Guidelines. This allows students to practice compressing at the appropriate depth as required (>5cm or 5-6cm). The manikin ventilates realistically with the correct head tilt and lung compliance and relevant parts can be easily cleaned/replaced for disinfection purposes.
Brayden Advanced has been validated by experts and is now widely used by respected organisations and institutions (big and small) around the World, the Brayden Advanced CPR manikin continues to go from strength to strength.

Brayden Baby Advanced (IM17)
The award winning Brayden Baby Advanced infant CPR manikin was launched in 2019 and developed with help from leading global paediatric experts. With a realistic airway (opening only in the neutral position), interconnected mouth and nose and jaw-thrust capability, it is an excellent addition for teaching the specific requirements of correct infant ventilation technique. Lights on the chest illuminate when the correct volume of air is delivered together with a realistic chest rise. The manikin also gives real-time feedback if too much air is delivered or the air is delivered too quickly – all skills that need to be practiced for infant BLS ventilation – a vital part of infant resuscitation.
In addition, Brayden Baby Advanced has chest compression lights which operate in a similar way to the Brayden Advanced. These coach the student with regard to correct infant compression technique (depth, rate, recoil and finger/thumb position). As with the adult Brayden Advanced manikin (IM13), the lights are visible from a distance and enable an Instructor to validate a students’ performance from an appropriate social distance.

The Brayden Pro manikin closely resembles the Brayden Advanced in appearance which allows flexibility of training but with additional capability. The manikins also use the same consumables which keeps costs down. The Brayden Pro provides comprehensive objective/numeric information of CPR performance and is designed to connect with the free Android App (Brayden Pro App) and also the recently available free iOS App (Brayden Online Standard). Brayden Pro will also connect with other subscription based iOS Brayden Online options.
The Brayden Pro and the associated Android and iPad iOS Apps uses a scoring algorithm that was developed with help from leading global resuscitation experts. Both Apps have an easy to use interface displaying real-time CPR feedback of the key CPR parameters (for both compressions and ventilations) as well as a comprehensive debrief suit of information.

The Brayden Baby Pro provides comprehensive objective/numeric information of infant CPR performance and is designed to connect with the free iPad iOS App (Brayden Online Standard) as well as other subscription based iOS Brayden Online options.
The Brayden Baby Pro and associated Brayden Online Standard App uses a scoring algorithm that was developed with help from leading global infant resuscitation experts and provides ERC infant CPR training (5 rescues breaths and 15:2) as well as the AHA (30:2). The App has an easy to use interface displaying real-time infant specific CPR feedback of the key CPR parameters (for both compressions, ventilations and rescue ventilations) as well as a comprehensive debrief suit of information. In addition, the Brayden Baby Pro has a functioning brachial pulse which can be switched on for scenario training. The manikin also has the ability to provide audio as well as visual ventilation feedback when required.

Overview of Dawoo Disinfectors

With disinfection at the touch of a button, the patented technology inside the disinfector devices from our technology partners at Dawoo provide a quick, easy and effective means of killing bacteria, viruses and spores, both in the air, as well as on surfaces.
The devices have three modes;
In mode one, the disinfector draws in the room air, filters it and ionises it to provide clean, fresh air.
In mode two, the disinfector draws in the room air, filters it, but also using cold plasma and UV technology, it disinfects the air providing clean, fresh and disinfected air. Running the devices continuously in this mode ensures that the breathable air is purified and the contamination level on hard surfaces is substantially reduced.
Mode three provides complete disinfection by using cold plasma to generate a mixture of plasma and gases, including -OH, O2, O*, O2*, O3 H2O2, NO, and NOx. These have a highly effective oxidizing capability which kills bacteria, viruses (including Corona Virus) and spores before breaking down into harmless air and oxygen. Unlike suspensions or aerosols, these permeate into all areas ensuring complete and effective disinfection. Simply switching the device on in this mode when there are no people present can substantially reduce the risks associated with contamination on surfaces and in the air.
The glass fronted cabinet offers the ideal solution when ‘hard to disinfect’ equipment such as electronics or kit bags need effective decontamination. Placing these devices in the enclosed cabinet and then operating it for a short time will effectively disinfect everything within the cabinet.
